Return Policy - Findings and Raw Materials
1. Returned goods are accepted within 30 days from receiving the goods, in its original package packed in a carton and sealed with strong tape, accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
2. Before returning goods please send us an email with a list of the items you wish to return, amount and the reason for returning these items. A copy of this list should be attached to the returned package. After we'll receive this mail you should get a number for this returning goods package.
3. Special orders or items made to your specifications like: wires, plates, strips, tubes, are not returnable.
4. Return of goods will be refunded in the customer’s credit card account, or in his next purchase at Pasternak.
5. Returns of Raw Materials (Wires, Sheets and Strips) and Chains will not be accepted (unless there is a flaw in one of these items).
6. The returned goods will be accepted only if shipped via Airmail only.
7. Return fee is 10% of the original invoice total.

Return Policies - jewlery
- Jewelry can be returned and a refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- An email must be sent to customer service notifying the Company of the customer's decision to return the jewelry, including the reason for the return.
- Returns will be processed in coordination exclusively with our customer service representatives.
- The jewelry must be returned to the company within 30 days of the date that the order is placed. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
- After the returned jewelry is received and inspected, if the item is found to be in its original condition and in its original packaging, the customer will be refunded in the amount of the original order, with a deduction of 100 NIS or 10% of the value of the item, whichever amount is less.
- Refunds will be processed up to 3 business days from the day the jewelry is received at our office.
- If you paid through PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
- It is not possible to return jewelry that has been altered or repaired, if these changes were not made by the Company.It is not possible to return a repaired jewelry, accident, rubbing, exposure to chemicals, pool water, sea water, spa baths, gold and / or silver cleaner, salts, chlorine, detergents, bleach or any change Which was not carried out by the Company.
